This year, the seminar focuses on both classic and new themes within intellectual property rights infringement and enforcement. We are emphasizing the customs and criminal enforcement efforts to combat IPR crime, receiving an analysis from the academic world on the development in the assessment of damages for IPR infringements, gaining insight into how three companies are working to combat counterfeit goods, and finally, focusing on infringements of IP rights as part of AI training.

There will be ample opportunity to ask questions to the speakers.

The seminar is organized in collaboration between the Danish Patent and Trademark Office, the Ministry of Culture, the Confederation of Danish Industry, and the Danish Anti-Counterfeiting Group (DACG). The seminar is also co-financed by EUIPO (the European Union Intellectual Property Office).
