When we talk about post-growth, we face the challenge of having to plant seeds of change within the very structures that we aim to transform.
As it’s becoming increasingly accepted that the pursuit of endless economic growth is incompatible with maintaining a thriving, life-supporting planet, companies are beginning to set limits to growth. While that’s a natural first step to overcoming our growth dependency, we’re curious to explore how companies can break fully free from it.
Since the beginning of this year, 1508 have experimented with how they might contribute to a systemic shift towards a post-growth and wellbeing economy. In the last Morgenbooster of 2024, they will share their reflections on 12 months of working towards that goal and the insights, tools, and cases they have compiled until then.
