Joseph Binder Award: Design submission & Award Show

Are you a graphic designer, illustrator, have an advertising agency or is a student in one of the mentioned fields? Then this is for you!

Designers from all around the world are invited to submit their ideas and projects across 14 categories;

GRAPHIC DESIGN

3 — Information Design
4 — Type Design
5 — Poster Design
6 — Editorial Design
7 — Packaging Design
8 — Interface Design
9 — Social Media Design

ILLUSTRATION

1 — Book Illustration
2 — Media Illustration
3 — Commercial Illustration
4 — Animated Illustration
5 — Illustration in Miscellaneous Applications

You will be evaluated by a critical, competent and internationally experienced jury. The submission phase begins on September 2, 2024, and continues until the end of October. The award ceremony is scheduled for March 27 and 28, 2025, coinciding with the Joseph Binder Symposium and the exhibition opening at the MuseumsQuartier in Vienna. This year, the JBA will embrace a new festival character, aiming to foster greater synergy within the international graphic design and illustration community.
