At the same time, design leaders also have to make design impactful in a wider business context, making sure that design is used as an impactful and strategic tool for the company. Most of all: Working with the full spectrum, design leaders must navigate the in-between, managing differences.
On this Design Leader Day, we are discussing, sharing and mapping experiences of dealing with such complexities.
