FOCUS ON CREATIVITY

Date: January 16th
Time: 10.30 - 14.30
Location: Lousiana, Gl Strandvej 13, 3050 Humlebæk, Denmark

Is creativity something fundamentally human? Are we good enough at cultivating it? And what does it mean for ourselves and for society?

In the course, we delve into Louisiana’s major exhibition ‘The Irreplaceable Human,’ which discusses the conditions of creativity at a time when many believe that artificial intelligence will eventually take over and surpass human creative abilities. Like in the exhibition, the course addresses these questions through a range of topics, from art and literature to psychology and natural science.

We immerse ourselves in the various chapters of the exhibition, and we will also touch on subjects like boredom, procrastination, and deep sleep.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION Louisiana’s art educators Danilo Krstajic & Helle Søndergaard lead the art course. The course lasts one day and takes place in the Louisiana Meeting Room, which is accessible only via stairs. We will meet at the entrance. Remember your student ID or membership card if your ticket requires it. There is a 1-hour lunch break.

The price is 445 kr. with our membership.
