Organized by The Danish Royal Academy.
How can light and digitally produced porcelain influence each other? This exhibition showcases the results of 3D-printed porcelain illuminated by the sustainable light source OLED. Light serves as a catalyst for shaping the porcelain in the ambition to create an atmospheric wholeness. The exhibited light objects can be seen as a series of experiments conducted with the aim of exploring new ways to combine light and material in design and architecture.
The exhibition by Flemming Tvede Hansen and Katja Bülow is the result of a collaboration between the Cluster for Material Studies and the Cluster for Light in Architecture and Design at the Institute of Architecture and Design at the Royal Academy.
This event is FREE.
