Experience Steve Harrison for a lecture about his book, Can’t Sell, Won’t Sell, one of the most debated books in advertising and marketing in recent years. In the book, he poses the question of whether the advertising industry has lost the desire (perhaps even the ability?) to sell, instead focusing on saving the world. He considers whether this development, despite good intentions, may risk undermining our industry, and he cites international surveys showing that CEOs are losing confidence in their marketing departments’ ability to deliver growth to the company.
