The Legal Committee
Design Denmark’s Legal Committee advises in professional disputes – both between members and customers, between members, and in cases concerning the association’s ethical and collegial rules.
Design Denmark’s Legal Committee consists of members of the association who together possess many years of experience from the design industry – and the corresponding detailed insight into the industry’s many specialisations and niches. Read more about the members of the Legal Committee here.
Design denmark’s Legal Committee is led by the chairman of the committee, who also appoints expert witnesses on behalf of the association.

The Appointing Committee
Design denmark’ is managing a large number of positions of trusts in the design industry. To ensure a full fairness and transparency, we strive to hold open calls whenever possible and invite every member of Design denmark to participate in the design industry eco-system.
