AI & law in the agencies

Date: June 4th
Time: 9.00 - 9.45

Event organized by GRAKOM.

In this webinar, we will go through several different legal issues related to the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in an agency.

The development and use of artificial intelligence have progressed so rapidly that unfortunately, we cannot promise clear answers to all the legal issues arising from the use of AI. There are currently ongoing lawsuits in the USA and Europe raising far-reaching copyright questions that need to be clarified before we truly understand the current legal situation. Additionally, new EU rules on AI have been implemented in copyright law within the past year, which have not yet been subjected to judicial review. Furthermore, there is an AI regulation underway from the EU expected to be finally adopted in the first half of 2024. Although we cannot answer all questions, it is relevant to be familiar with the issues that the use of AI can raise.

Participation in this event will entail a fee of 750 DKK.
